1. Who we are
Cloudline (trycloudline.space) is an independent web analytics service operated by Om Yaduvanshi, an individual based in India (“Cloudline”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at omyaduvanshi98@gmail.com.
2. Early access and accounts
- Cloudline is in private early access. We review requests personally and may approve or decline them at our discretion.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to agree to these terms. If you use Cloudline for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.
- Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity in your account; tell us straight away if you think it has been misused.
- Give us a real email address you control. We use it to manage your access and to send you service messages.
3. Acceptable use
Please don’t:
- install Cloudline on a website you don’t own or aren’t authorised to manage;
- send personal data to Cloudline, for example names, email addresses or ID numbers in page URLs or tracked-click labels (we strip values that look like email addresses, but you remain responsible for what you send);
- try to identify individual visitors, combine Cloudline data with other data to single people out, or use it for surveillance;
- attack, probe, overload or scrape the service, bypass its limits or security, or access other accounts;
- use Cloudline for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful, or resell it without our written permission.
We may throttle or suspend use that puts the service or other users at risk.
4. Your websites and your visitors
When you add Cloudline to your website, you decide to measure that website. You are responsible for your own privacy notice, for having a lawful basis for your analytics under the laws that apply to you, and for any other tools you run on your site. Cloudline is built to avoid cookies and personal data, but it can’t make those decisions for you. For your visitors’ analytics, we process data only on your behalf and only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Your data
Your websites’ analytics belong to you. You give us permission to store, process and display that data only to run, secure and improve Cloudline for you. We don’t sell it, don’t use it for advertising and don’t use it to train AI models. You can delete a site, and all of its events, at any time in Settings.
6. Fees
Cloudline is free during early access, and we don’t take payment details. If paid plans are introduced, we will tell early users at least 30 days in advance, and you will only be charged after you choose a paid plan. See the Refund Policy.
7. The service
Early access means Cloudline is still being built. Features may change, be added or be removed, and there may be interruptions or errors. We work to keep the service reliable, secure and backed up, but we don’t guarantee any particular uptime during early access. Features marked “Coming soon” are not available yet.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using Cloudline at any time: remove the script from your sites, delete your sites in Settings, and email us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or if we have to stop offering the service; where reasonable, we’ll give notice and time to export your data first.
9. Warranties and liability
Cloudline is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, such as fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim relating to Cloudline is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Cloudline grows. We’ll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we’ll email account holders before they take effect. Continuing to use Cloudline after that means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over disputes. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim there.
